Two ways to get paid. One way to stay safe.

Every deal moves through three states. Money is held when it is paid in, and released when the buyer confirms delivery or 72 hours after payment if no dispute is open.

Payment secured.

The buyer pays by card or mobile money. The amount is held in escrow, not yours yet and not theirs.

Delivered.

You deliver the work or ship the order and mark it delivered. The buyer checks it and can confirm or dispute.

Completed.

The buyer confirms, or 72 hours pass after payment with no dispute, and escrow releases to your wallet. Withdrawals to M-Pesa or bank are free.
